How much space do you need for the hot tub?
An 8ft x 8ft surface is sufficient to install our hot tubs.

Can our hot tubs be used outdoors?
Our hot tubs can be used all year round even in the rain and snow! You just need to have the space in your garden or patio for outdoor use.

How many people can we fit in?
You can fit between 4-6 adults.

How soon after delivery can we use the hot tub?
If you fill your hot tub with hot water you can start to use it after 3 hours. If cold is used then you need to wait 12-18 hours.

How much water will we need?
225 gallons-that’s 850 litres and will take about an hour for a cold fill from a hose pipe.

What temperature will the hot tub heat up to?
Our hot tubs will reach a maximum of 40°C, and maintain this temperature. The typical temperature being 37-38°C, whatever the weather.

How much will the hot tub cost to run?
Depending on your desired temperature, between 50c and 1€ per day.

Do we need to use any chemicals?
When the hot tub is delivered, we will fill your spa and use the correct amount of chemical into the tub. Then once per day, or before use, check the chemical level using supplied test strips. This is a visual test and is easy to do and our engineer will take you through all the steps as part of the installation. The required amount of chemicals for the hire period are supplied by us.
